Our care approach is resident centered and involves an integrative program that addresses the complete healthcare needs of our residents. We assemble an interdisciplinary team of practitioners from several areas to design customized treatment plans that reflect the physical and psychosocial needs of each individual.

 

A committed, dynamic interdisciplinary team of physicians, dietitians, social workers, LADC’s, recreation therapists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants work together to optimize the healthcare outcomes of each resident.

 

Cultivating a sense of belonging is an important step toward a full and fast recovery and long-term happiness. Our facility is more than just a place to our residents, it’s their home.
